Attention all customers, this is an official advisory. We have received several reports of mild synchronization issues regarding destination code W7F2AJWMV6
.
At this time, this destination code is still considered safe for use, but may produce slightly unreliable results in either temporal or spatial synchronization.
These errors occur only upon establishing the gate connection, and our current recommended solution is to close the gate connection and open it again. If this does not resolve any observed issues, we recommend a cooldown of 30 minutes before attempting to connect again.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and our engineers are already working around the clock to address these issues, ensuring your journeys remain as seamless as ever!
Your feedback is vital to helping us enhance your travel experience, so please log and report any issues you observe with this or any other destination code, and stay tuned for an announcement when we’ve resolved this issue.
Thank you for your attention, and as always safe traveling!
Update: There are additional destination codes now affected. Please see related bulletin Customer Bulletin 2022.D06 for further information.
Update: This issue has now been marked resolved. Please see related bulletin Navigation Software Update 2024.N13 for further information.
